Demonstrating less common sense than your average eggplant, Sen. Lindsey Graham has declared that the U.S. should stop talking to Iran until it learns to behave. “The time for talking is over,” he said. He made no suggestion as to what we should do about Iran’s nuclear program, however.
Cheap, reckless, stupid demagoguery, say I.
In other news, three women are dead and four wounded in today’s gun violence in Wisconsin. The alleged shooter also shot and killed himself. His estranged wife worked at the spa, but police aren’t saying if she was one of the victims.
Not kind to eggplants, Maha. The vegetables are of far greater value to civilization then Lindsay Graham.
They’ve doubled their centrifuges so I think this is a ploy by the Iranians
Colin,Donald, Judy ,George, Condi Dick,Curveball…Where are you? We need help! Either you’re fer us or you’re agin us.
Indeed, Swami- plus those centrifuges are spinning even faster.
Lindsey is getting tough, but I’m sure he wouldn’t risk screwing up his manicure if he ACTUALLY had to do something physical; talk about leading from behind…..
Per the recent shooting spree, well, it’s proof that we need MORE guns!
Indeed, we should arm everyone in the 1st grade, cuz we’re a Christian nation and that’s how we roll. It just keeps getting crazier.
The Repulicans could tell the President he really needs to yodel to the Iranians.
And the second he started to sing, ‘Yoda-lay-hee-h…,’ Republicans like Hayseed would scream that the time for yodeling is over! OVER!!!
WHAT AN @$$HAT!!!
They are completely losing it at FOX:

And Hayseed Graham is on the scene, here too.
I sometimes wonder why conservatives like Lindsay Graham think we even have a State Department. To prepare articles of surrender for our enemies to sign? Certainly they have no concept of diplomacy.
I also have to say that I’m not sure why Iran would be any more reckless than any other nuclear power. Not that it would be a good thing if they had nukes, but the assumption on the right seems to be that the first thing they would do would be to blow up Israel. Would they? The guys who run Iran have given no indication that they’re suicidal. Whatever else you can say about them, the fact that they’ve held on to power for over thirty years suggest two things pretty clearly: They have a keen interest in their own survival, and they aren’t total idiots.
Well, that doesn’t change the fact that refusing to talk to them is childish and counterproductive, because in fact we should do everything in our power to stop Iran from going nuclear. But personally I’m a lot more alarmed by the fact that Pakistan has nuclear weapons than the possibility that Iran might get them.
Exactly. Which of the two nations is more likely to be overrun by anti-western jihadists? The difference is that Pakistan isn’t on the teabagger radar because no one has had any interest in demonizing Pakistan lo these many years. George W. Bush considered them an ally even as they were lying to him and harboring his boy Osama all that time. But Iran is almost like Iraq — all you have to do is swap the q for an n, and there you go.
Live by idiocy, die by idiocy. We’re doomed.
And about the shooting in Wisconsin. I understand both my interpretation of the 2nd amendment and the way SCOTUS has interpreted it.
And no one wants to see thousands ob Bambis on the local news because they are starving to death.
With all the top level predators except humans gone, hunting is necessary. But . . . and that is the big B. U. T. How to we get the courts to put reasonable restrictions on the ownership and use of firearms?
Some folks I know advocate for the ownership of any weapon, no matter how many barrels and how big the barrels are.
And I’m sure there are stupider gun events than this http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2012/10/22/girl-shot-by-relative-after-being-mistaken-for-a-skunk/
Graham clones SHOULD stop talking – in 1990 they declared that Iran would have nuclear weapons in 3 to 5 years. Seventeen years later and we’re still waiting.
