Fox’s Shepard Smith auditions for a job with MSNBC:

I remember what he said about torture and I figured he would’ve been fired then. I wonder what he’s got on ruppert to keep from getting fired? I give him mad props for speaking the truth in a den of inequity.
Wasn’t he also the one who called the BS on the government’s response during Katrina? Yeah, there must be pics from some escapade of Murdoch’s…
Watching a senator forced to listen quietly and patiently – priceless.
Thanks Maha.
I’m impressed that he said the “democratic” side next. That word has been banned at FAUX, publican party et-al, replaced with democRAT. He should audition for someone because his ratings really suck, lowest rated news show on FAUX, he really needs to step up the wing-nut dimwitted teaggaging rhetoric if he wants to keep his job.
Let go of the Dark Side, Smitty… come into the Light!
Oh, and photos of Rupert + kangaroo, I suspect.
Don’t come into the light, Smitty, stay right where you are. Having a reasonable person on Faux News is good for us.
Maybe he is Rupert’s man-bitch and wears a dog collar and leather underwear around Rupert’s penthouse when he is not on the air.
Every now and then Faux News runs a short bit of non-wingnuttery just to be able to jump up and down and claim it’s a news organization. This is one such example. Enjoy it for what it is: a moment of sanity in a lifetime of schizophrenic lunacy.

Um… lowest-rated show on the network for a reason. The Faux News audience is intractable and Shep’s wasting his time. Nothing on Faux News will ever be good for anyone; it’s like saying “Shep has the ‘good kind of cancer.'”
“An incentive for wellness..people who take responsibility for their health”
What’s that supposed to mean? I get the feeling that Rep. Castle is implying that all illnesses, medical conditions, and diseases are a result of irresponsibility or of having sin in your life as the cause of whatever medical malady befalls you. Yeah, a moral failing!
I haven’t seen the link (some come through and some don’t). My guess is, it is the don’t get sick side of the plan. It probably means if you smoke or drink or gain weight or have more claims than the average person, you get to pay more to the insurance industry.
