The media are committed to selling, not telling: Epithets are the ideal sales vehicles – short, pitchable, and impossible to defend against, which is why their purveyors earn, ala Russert, 5 million dollars a year.
It’s the ‘impossible to defend against’ that Obama needs to get.

Barack Obama has never had teflon on these issues. He seemed to be wearing a target during the primary and there is little reason to think the corporate media has changed. Still, todays vote is deeply disappointing. More so due to Hillary’s seeing the light if you will.
Anyway, what would be the best way for me to register disapproval with the man I have been supporting and hope to vote for in November.
