I’m guest posting at Crooks and Liars today, so go there for the annual Christmas sermonette.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy New Year, and anything else I may have missed. Just have some great days!
Peace.
That link that was posted at Crooks and Liars about the ten myths and truths about atheism is a must read if you want to challenge your mind against well intended but potentially crippling childhood indoctrinations or other societal impositions. I’m not trying to cut in on Jesus’ turf, heaven forbid, but I do feel a strange urge after reading the article to advance the anti-drug message, that the mind is a terrible thing to waste, even if it isn’t drugs doing the wasting.
Cheerful, seasonal and festive — and accurately portraying our not-so-esteemed president as a village idiot, with bells on. My favorite Christmas card. Three years old, and more relevant than ever. Stock up now for next year’s holidays.
