None of these things have actually gotten any BETTER you understand … I mean NK has tested nukes for the first time ever … but apparently Bolton was in there skimming the surface of what his job should entail…
The whole paragraph reads like a resume for somebody that really sucked at their last job and is trying to cover it up…
