Which is sort of related to a theme I’ve been ranting about for a while. The real division in the US today is not between right and left, it’s between moderates and extremists. The moderates get labeled “left wing extremists” by the Jesus-juicers because they’re opposed to imperial presidential power, unprovoked wars which turn into exitless quagmires, and so on. Eventually, the regime will be denouncing 95% of the US population as “left-wing extremists”, if current trends continue.
