I was wondering about that–my memory was that world-record freshwater perches were in the one-to-two-pound range.
My dad, who keeps up with fish better than I do (he feeds himself and mom that way about three times a week) suggested it might be some sort of hybrid, but I like this better–especially the details about how the bass was bred for stupid aggression.
I doubt the President eats them–too much like cannibalism.
When will it become apparent to everyone on Earth that this man is an utter dimwit? Then again, it’s still not common knowledge that Ronald Reagan was a senile old fart standing in as a frontman for the real president, Bush the First. How ironic that Bush the Second is now a front-puppet for the real behind-the-scenes president Cheney…
Sort of surreal in the symbolism……Bush cannot tell a perch from a bass…..but geez….. 3l% of Americans still support his decidership.
